Founded in 1984, the company provides results for sports events in various forms and media, including tv-graphics, info systems, internet etc. using its own personnel (300 experts all over Greece), hardware and software by in-situ data collection and on-line processing.
Over these years, Galanis Sports Data has covered more than 67,000 games and 1,300 international events in all Olympic and most non-Olympic sports with an average of more than 2,000 games per year.

EVENTS
Back in 1984, GALANIS SPORTS DATA provided printed results for the Chess Olympiad, an indoor event, and gradually Info System, Intranet, TV Graphics, Internet, Mobile Applications, etc were added to the standard services provided in each event. Parallel activities, such as Accreditation, were included not only in sporting but in non-sporting events.
Over the years, GALANIS SPORTS DATA emphasized not only in services, but also in applying and using state-of-the-art technology, such as SD, HD and 3D TV graphics generators, on-line connection to time keeping devices in arenas, customized hardware and software solutions for TV Shows, virtual applications which support analysis.
